mlbtraderumors really needs to start posting transcripts of their podcasts. Podcasts by nature always contain far too much verbal fluff. A lot of people don’t want to sit through all that. We just want to get to the actual stories.
…like the stories they link above? Some people do want to sit through that on their commute or whatever – that’s the whole point.
The stories they link are not the content of the podcast. That’s why there’s a podcast. Also, some people do want to sit through the podcast, but others don’t. THAT is the whole point. Provide both the podcast AND a transcript.
They have stories about every one of these topics. This is the way for people who don’t want to read about it to get their information they want.
You’re also missing the point completely. The stories provide the initial facts of what happened. The podcasts present analyses of those facts. Why is it so difficult to understand that the podcast and the earlier stories are not the same thing?
People really will complain about anything and everything.
It’s ALL about you, and you’re so right to be outraged – outraged, I tell ya – that your every need isn’t being met. All sympathy.
Then don’t listen. These are not life and death reports.
