Tim Dierkes is the creator and owner of MLB Trade Rumors. Baseball’s premiere hot stove website receives hundreds of thousands of pageviews per day; read more about it at About MLB Trade Rumors.
Tim worked in the search engine marketing field before taking the website full-time in January of 2008. He currently lives in the Chicago suburbs. Tim is a lifelong Cubs fan, but swears it does not affect his objectivity on MLBTR.
Tim has done many radio interviews, including WGN Chicago, MLB Home Plate on XM, Baseball Prospectus Radio, WLW Cincinnati, and more. Follow Tim on Twitter here and contact him here.

You asked for specific feedback on the new comment format on the Cardinals hacking board. I posted this but to make sure you got it I posted again here:
No edit available for typo’s. Most recent posts should be at the top and not the bottom plus Box to post new comments should be at the top not the bottom. Is also nice to have an option to agree or disagree with a particular post thumbs up or down or like etc.

I had to reset my password to log into the commenting system, but when I reset it I was directed to WordPress, and an error page popped up telling me this:
“You attempted to access the “Trade Rumors” dashboard, but you do not currently have privileges on this site. If you believe you should be able to access the “Trade Rumors” dashboard, please contact your network administrator.
If you reached this screen by accident and meant to visit one of your own sites, here are some shortcuts to help you find your way.
Your Sites
MLB Trade Rumors Visit Dashboard | View Site”
I clicked on the “Visit Dashboard” link to see what happens and it appears was logged in at MLBTR. Or is that just the way the commenting system is designed?
Also when I tried to contact MLBTR, on my Safari it tells me to select a purpose of the email. But there is nothing to select. So when I tried to send this as an email it just gave me another error message.

I know pitching is at a premium, but the Indians (They will NEVER be the Guardians as long as I’m alive), DFS Logan Allen for a washed up Spencer Howard? Geez…! Good gawd…no WS Championship since 1948, and they pick up the Giants’ refuse for a beer-league softball pitcher? S***.
