Will there ever be legitimate Padres content on here?
MLBTR does an outstanding job covering the Pads.
More or less will the Padres ever give MLBTR legitimate content as in any actual moves to improve the team?

It makes sense that they will build their roster after the Roki Sasaki decision (January 15) not before.

Sasaski is not coming to the Padres.
Now if that money that would be spent on Sasaki is not re-invested in other acquisitions Pads fans should be very concerned.
Brew’88
The Padres feel they have a chance, that’s why they haven’t made any trades yet.
Sasaki will make league minimum as a rookie. $740M invested in other acquisitions isn’t going to buy much!

Sorry but you guys are terrible at anything Padres related. Always have been. Notice not a damn thing regarding RHP Miguel Alvarez, OF Moises Gomez, 2B Yonathan Periaza. Are they major signings? No, but you sure are all over the Dodgers and Yankees every move. We get it, Dodgers are your masters.
Goku the Knowledgable One
Since everyone else in the division is sitting on their hands this off-season, a bottom dweller like the Cubs might as well try to steal the pennant

It’s been that way for years. The Cubs (and White Sox) are content being non-competitive profit sharing teams.
