In Seager/Hader We Trust > the 70 MM DH Ohtani
How do you make MLBTR writers run scared? Ask a question about the draft. Was Wyatt Langford the best possible case scenario for Texas?

probably. he fell to them, they took him and he will either make it or break it with them.

I want to know if Langford was the best choice for Detroit!

Most likely. I see a possibility that the top 4 went Langford-Crews-Clark-Skenes, but I find that unlikely

I would have hated that outcome. Skenes seems risky, given what happened to Aiken, Appel, Bullington, Hochaver, etc. I fear reliever risk with a 3 pitch pitcher. Langford and Crews were almost the same for me, and I had Clark 3rd, followed by Jenkins and Skenes, in that order. Of course, I’m no scout, and I only have enough knowledge of scouting for the 1st round.

You drastically overestimate your ability to intimidate the excellent MLBTR contributors, whose purview is trades, not college and high school kids.
Why don’t you take on people whose job is the draft? Say, pick a fight with Keith Law and see how that goes.

Fun Fact: Lennon originally wrote When I’m 64 as a song about being a non-roster invite to the Texas Rangers spring training camp as a reliever, sporting a high numbered uniform.
