Cards circling back to check in on Soto? Where would he fit? He’s a soon to be DH only player looking to make $500 million. The most unCardinal like move ever proposed. That was also true last summer which is why I said all along the rumors were mostly noise.
Makes as much sense as the Pads moving him whilst in an ‘all-in’ type season. As is, the Cards have a standout set of outfielders especially if Walker is in that mix. Should be a fun year for both teams, regardless of nonsensical noise!

The Red Sox won’t finish last again without another injury wipe-out season, and anyone writing them off for the play-offs isn’t paying attention.
When that guy suggested that what the A’s did this off season was great and that they were going to be 81-81, I almost wet myself. Haven’t had a laugh like that in awhile. Thanks MLBTR.
