We should probably think about the process a bit before we whine about not getting questions answered. I never bothered with the comments section until a few weeks ago, but have seen the chats for years.
Hundreds and thousands of folks asking questions, and you have to choose and answer in a short period of time, with detailed knowledge of all 30 teams. Not easy for sure. If we want to take issue, we should probably sign up for their membership chats and hope for more.
