Mookie has played over 200 games in CF. Unless his hip issues last year were an aberration moving to CF where he will have to cover more ground might lower his WAR

Suzuki. He will go from 0.0 WAR to whatever he ends up with ….. as long as it’s not a net negative.
I would like to see what someone like Story could do with a shift out there too. But COF? Probably Betts.
