I doubt whether the Mets want to trade their top pitching prospect (TJ notwithstanding) to a division rival for a guy who they will lose after the season is over.
Would be interesting to see Morton go back to TB with ATL taking on the rest of the contract for a better prospect, if/when Glasnow is declared out for the season.
I saw this trade that was Matt Allen for sherzer. I personally would not do it but what do you guys think about that trade?
Intriguing win now move but I always hate trading prospects unless you have a surplus which we don’t. So, no, I wouldn’t do it.
