Teams had until Sunday at 4:00 pm EST to report their initial 60-man player pools to MLB. Note that these pools can contain up to 60 players but were not required to be full upon their first submission. Teams can — and in some cases already have begun to — make additions at any time, so long as they have an open spot in the pool. If their pool is full and they wish to sign someone, claim a player off waivers or acquire a player via trade, they’ll need to either release, waive or trade a 60-man player of their own.
While a handful of teams waited until Monday to make their player pools public, all 30 have now been announced. Here are the initial lists submitted by all 30 teams…

odds Detmers appears in an MLB game this year ?
also side not, if Adell is on the 60 man roster will that start his clock ?
Supplanter
Being on the 60 doesn’t start the service time clock.
If detmers ends up starting for the team thats probably a good sign theyre in it. Otherwise its hard to see him beating out guys who are already known. Polished college pitcher can still be a ways away from effective big league starter

less than 0%. i dont see any team rushing guys up to the Majors with 60 man rules and possibility for winter ball.

Can someone please answer this question?
Will minor league players not on the 60 man roster report to Spring Training? If so where?
Koamalu
No. They won’t

Anyone not on these lists is now a minor league free agent and can sign with any Indy league team and any major league team when they revert to pre-Covid rules.
Assuming all MLB teams contract to 5 minor league teams, that leaves about 120 players per system that could conceivably be with another team then. Next season’s minor league teams will look much different than 2019.

Hey Koa what ever happened to “If Manfred imposes a season of less than 81 games then the players will all get their full, non-prorated salaries?”

Anyone not on these lists is now a minor league free agent is incorrect. Each organization still have over a hundred minor leaguers (actually its probably double that) that are neither on the 40 man major league roster nor the 60 man Player Pool. I’ve give a couple examples from my home town Phillies. Mickey Moniak is not a member of the 40 man roster and he didn’t make the Phillies’ Initial 60 man Player Pool.. He’s not suddenly a free agent. Yes..he can play in an independent league if he can find one. However, he’s still a member of the Phillies’ organization. In fact, after a couple weeks of ST2, it wouldn’t surprise me if Moniak is added to the 60 man pool. (after a few players are released) .Another example is the Phillies’ first round pick Mick Abel. He could be placed eventually on the 60 man Player Pool. However, the Phillies don’t have to place him there. If all minor leaguers had to be on either the 40 or the 60 man list than every draft pick from this summer’s draft would have to be on one of the lists. Player contracts were suspended yesterday. They were not given their outright release.
