It’s like Todd was on a hearings committee… always giving vague answers. Is he afraid someone is going to corner him and say… “You said Frazier would get us Bumgarner straight up…. YOU LIED!!!”.
He didn’t say that. There is no reason the Giants would want Frazier.
No, that was just an example of what he could have done. He didn’t give any specifics at all. Very plain answers. Non-committal.
I agree. The idea that Jeff, because he doesn’t say so-and-so will be the return for this specific guy, makes him less knowledgeable, is absurd. Even the most expert of all experts can’t tell who will be traded and what the return is.
