It takes a blog to point out Brinson should go down?
They need to change their
name to Captain Obvious!

Why can’t people start talking about some great players having fantastic seasons so far? Alfaro, Matt Boyd, Marco Gonzales, Rosario and Polanco… there are some great stories out there… instead we get updates on Yankees.
ChiSoxCity
It’s simple: the [baseball] media is controlled by people who are Yankees fans. It’s really that simple.

ChiSoxCity…… You forgot to mention that the Earth is flat and the Moon is a hologram.

Cat I thought the moon was made out of cheese.

Yankees giving you and ChiSoxCity night tremors again Melchie. Don’t you know the Yankees make the carousel go round!
HaloShane
Why would anyone pitch to Trout? The guy has 0 protection.
ilovelamp
Agreed. But I don’t know what idiot wrote that blog post. Package Trout AND Simmons AND eat a bunch of Trout’s contract to get prospects?! That’s someone who doesn’t understand how baseball works.

Everything Bluebird: Was the rebuild ahead of schedule in 2003? How about 2009? 2012? This Blue Jays rebuild is dragging along and they are nowhere close to being ahead of schedule. They have no pitching depth. That puts them behind schedule right off the bat.
PopeMarley
Don’t be such a negative Nelly.

Did you even read the blog? The link is right there…

They are not ahead of schedule. To even contemplate writing anything regarding that idea is ridiculous. No pitching depth. That starts and ends the stupidity of his blog. No outfield depth. That just scratches the surface.

Nice to see the rebuild going so well. Especially when you look at what the teams that seem like they’ve been rebuilding for a decade and realize theyre almost in the exact same stages.
