Jeff wanted to wait for you, but we pressured him into starting without you. Sorry.

Lol at the guy who’s upset about the lack of Rangers questions… your farm is poopy, the starting rotation is a joke, the FO is terrible and the stadium you play in is always 100+ degrees. That’s the state of the rangers franchise. You’re welcome.

Remember when JD was widely respected and thought of as a very good GM? Fans are shortsighted and base their opinion of you on the last 5 minutes

They’ve had two consecutive years of mediocrity with no farm. JD made the mess they are in and seems lost in trying to fix it.

The rangers are doing an alright job with what they have to work with now. They drained the farm trying to compete with the Hamels and Lucroy trades. The net loss of all that looks pretty minimal as far as impact talent goes unless Brinson really takes a step forward. But even if he does all the well regarded prospects he had dealt didn’t turn out to be all that much. Alfaro has huge holes offensively, Nick Williams is a decent outfielder. They took a shot and missed. Obviously had they cashed in profar years earlier when they were competing things could’ve been different but I think they’ve done okay getting value back for guys like kela, Profar and the like. Leclerc should be next to go. I think he could really give them the prospects they need to build it back up.
