Instead of crazy Braves trade proposals can u fill us in who may be prospects that the Braves may trade? Clearly they will have to be smart with the Hart/coppy punishment? Like seriously I’m a Braves fan but 8 diff off the wall trade proposals is a bit excessive give us who we will give up not just yes or no that trade works.
bravesiowafan
Super annoying we aren’t getting any relevant info from fan trade proposals if you have so many Braves questions can u just give us a general idea of what Braves plans in your mind not delusional proposal after another.

Suarez to the Braves for wright allard Anderson and riley? Reds get starting pitching and a replacement at 3rd while the Braves get seven years of Suarez
bravesfan88
No way…Waaay too much for Suarez..3 top 55 guys, and 1, top 100 prospect, 20 year old LHP in AAA dominating the level his first go around??
I’m sure the Reds would say yes in a heartbeat, but the Braves have to say no almost immediately..

These people, good grief. I agree with you @bravesfan88 that is “WAY TO MUCH” for Suarez. That guy (@aaroncook05) must be the same guy that said in the live chat, that we should go after old man Cole Hamels & give the Rangers a haul, (memories of the Mark Teixeira trade come to mind). Camargo, in my opinion isn’t going any where. Also, “I think” that the Braves will call the twins & check on Eduardo Escobar. Guy is having a really good yr, plus shouldn’t be as pricey as say Moustakas or Donaldson.

Might as well go with Moustakas since he shouldn’t cost much either

Instead of the Braves trading for a veteran/rental (Hamels, Beltre, Moustakas, Machado, etc.) and giving up a ton of the prospects the team finally got back to acquiring, wouldn’t it make more long-term sense to trade away Teheran and McCarthy for a few more lower level prospects and continue the feeding of the farm, while opening up big league spots for the higher level prospects already in the system?
…Let’s be real here; Hamels and Moustakas/Beltre aren’t pushing this team to a WS. Sure, Machado would be an incredible get, but why not just pay him in the offseason and keep the farm intact? Trading away Teheran would further assist in this by opening up more cash available beyond this season, too.
I just don’t get why so many fans think the team needs to be all-in this Summer and just forget about the future entirely.
