‘Doesn’t really upset me. There’d be more combined no-hitters in history of managers had been willing to pull guys who are gassed and eventually lose the no-no.’
That’s probably true, but does anyone REALLY care about a combined no-hitter? Maybe it’s just me, but when I see that, the first thing I think is, “meh.” It’s obviously still impressive, but it doesn’t intrigue me at all.

The Corbin to the Yankees thing is so funny. He might very well be a Yankee next year when he is a free agent but this thought that Corbin is going to be traded to the Yankees from a first place Arizona team is just silly. Yes Corbin came out and said he would like to play for the Yankees and was a big fan growing up. The problem for Yankee fans this year is he is controlled by Arizona and has been there best pitcher oh and Arizona is one of the best teams in the NL. Why in the world do you think Arizona would trade him?

Agreed…..had a long back and forth last week with a guy who insisted that it can happen and AZ should do it. Corbin has said the he grew up a Yankees fan and his whole family are fans but he has also said he loves it in AZ. Never know what will happen.

As to the few question about possible voided contracts for PED’s. First of all, the CBA prohibits punishment by for the same instance by the league and team. Secondly, the JDA only allows for league punishment and lastly…look at how long it took to get permanently ineligible after 3 fails added to the JDA. The MLBPA has long said they will never give up guaranteed contracts. I doubt they will accept voiding contracts now. Best that will happen is 3 strikes and you are out.

Hey Steve, can you answer a few questions about the cardinals? How awesome do you think Tommy Pham is doing right now? Do you think Flaherty is legit? Will dejong deliver on his extension?

I am a sports chiropractor who treats a lot of thoracic outlet, sprains, etc. would anyone want more clear answers on injuries, expectations, etc? An examp,Kenny Rogers of the Rangers recovered nicely from TOS. A lot of nerve injuries are missed because TOS IS LARGELY missed.
