Jeff I think the Preston tucker questions were more of f he continues to rake does he have a chance at displacing markakis? Let the young guys ride it out? Kakis was league replacement level last year.
Let’s cross that bridge when we get there. Tucker is still not an upgrade defensively and no one is giving us anything for Kakes.

This article does bring up a good conversation. If management trust that the pitching prospects will be as advertised, then I want the braves to go all for Harper. I see no reason why they couldn’t try to get Machado also. I totally understand they won’t go after either. But you’re talking about an elite lvl team simply by investing a little money. Freeman, Harper Machado acuna incarte, ozzie, swanson. I mean lets be honest… hitting alone that team can complete.
It’s nice to dream.
paying 70mil/year for both is a bad idea but I could see them going for one of them
