Steve, I think you misread Charlie’s question Re Moose and if he went back to KC. He asked if KCs QO would still stand. I.E. would they be obliged to sign him for the QO amount.
I expect that since he rejected it he’s outta luck there.

“A Qualified Free Agent may accept a Qualifying Offer until the tenth day following the conclusion of the Quiet Period (“Acceptance Period”).” The Quiet Period starts at “9 A.M. Eastern Time on the day following the day that the last game of the World Series had
started.” and ends “at 5 P.M. Eastern Time on the fifth day following the day that the last game of the World Series had started”. After that…no backsies.
