Am I the only one that thinks signing Chris Carter could have upside similar to the Mark Trumbo signing? I’m not sure what he is expecting at this point as far as years/money, but if he hangs around much longer he could turn into a bargain 1-2 year guy for a team in need of power in the middle of their lineup. I wouldn’t want to go long term on a guy like this that struggles with contact and average, but he would be a nice addition next year for some teams.
