Joey Batts best bet is to sign a one year deal with the Jays for about 13 to 15 million, they need him and he needs them. I don’t see any other team signing him right now, and giving up a draft choice.

I would like to ask that moderators no longer answer any of the “who hangs up first” questions. It’s about as overused as “What Happens in Vegas Stays In Vegas” and should be banned from the site. Banish them to ESPN chat rooms I say!!!

I find most of the live chat amusing and enjoyable even if my question isn’t answered. It’s fun to just talk baseball (IMO) regardless of the redundancy, or wishy-washy questions.

I love the chat sessions too! I’m just over the “who hangs up first” thing because it’s not much of a question, it’s like “Who is worse off in this dumb scenario that I just made up”.

Yeah, it’s usually very obvious which team the person asking the question roots for.

Yeah totally. I always wonder which team has the most fans on here. There seems to be a lot of Braves fans on here. I’m a Giants fan and feel like there’s not enough SF coverage but that could just be that there’s just less coverage. It’s hard to know. Plus every time I read SF writers it’s really the same story written 5 different ways. I like that this site has their own view of that and I really like hearing different opinions from the fans. I don’t live in SF anymore and I’m not in a baseball city so starved for intellectual baseball conversation

it’s overused but they are good questions about trade ideas I guess I just don’t care how is asked that much
