JP Crawford hasn’t even been to AAA yet. The Phillies have no reason to rush him to the majors. Send him to AAA. Let him develop some more & then call him up later in the season. No need to bring him up before he’s ready

Most teams view AA as the jumping pad now. AAA is a place to stash AAAA guys and vets that might be able to help in stints. It depends on the org. Don’t think the Phils will start his clock until he’s ready they are a little further along from competing.
