- The Astros have outrighted pitcher Travis Blackley to Triple-A Oklahoma City, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com tweets. Blackley, 30, threw 35 innings for Houston this season, posting a 4.89 ERA with a 7.5 K/9 but an unsightly 5.1 BB/9. The lefty now has three days to accept the assignment or become a free agent.
