The Phillies have outrighted Pete Orr off the 40-man roster according to Matt Gelb of The Philadelphia Inquirer (on Twitter). Their 40-man roster now has one open spot. The 33-year-old infielder hit .286/.302/.429 in 45 plate appearances for the Phillies this season.
