As part of their continuing search for offense, the Mariners have interest in Rockies outfielder Seth Smith according to Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports (on Twitter). It's unclear if there are any talks ongoing.
Smith, 29, is a .275/.348/.485 career hitter in parts of five seasons in Colorado. He's hit at least 15 homers in each of the last three seasons, though the advanced metrics rate his defense in the corner outfield spots as below average. The Braves are fond of him as well.

The fact that you would even bring up, let alone joke about a subject that is so utterly disgusting tells me a lot about your character and maturity level.

Yes, he will sink in Safeco.
Colorado is hitters’ dreamland while Safe favors pitchers heavily.
In the last 3 years, He put up 28Hr and .302 at Colorado, but only 18HR and .248 avg away from home.
I am being optimistic to say he would put up .245 avg and 8HR in Safeco.

Yes, he sure will struggle in Safeco.
Colorado is hitters’ dreamland while safeco favors pitchers heavily.
In the last 3 years, Smith put up .302AVG 29HR in Coors, but only .248avg and 18HR on the road.
.245 and 8-10HR is his true stats, and thats not even taking consideration of the Safeco effect yet.
